It depends on the part. We regularly run small trial batches, mixed orders and LCL (loose container) shipments, so you do not have to buy a full container to start. Send the part and the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you the smallest run that makes sense.

Yes, that is most of what we do. Send a drawing, a photo with a ruler next to the part, or the old sample itself. We make the mould or forming tool in-house, produce samples for your approval, and only then run the production batch.

Inner diameter, outer diameter and length; the medium (air, coolant, water, glycol, oil); working temperature and pressure; how the ends attach (clamps, fittings, beads); quantity for the first order and per year; and the destination port or address. If something is missing we will ask rather than guess.

EPDM and silicone are our two main compounds, in solid or reinforced constructions. EPDM suits coolant, water, air and outdoor ageing; silicone suits high temperature, EV cooling, and food-grade or medical-grade tubing.

Yes. We can produce to your part numbers, print your brand on the hose, pack in your own cartons or bags and ship under your labels. Tooling and samples are developed with you before the first production run.

It depends on whether a new tool is needed, on the compound and on our current schedule. We confirm the exact sample date and production lead time in the quotation, together with information on the number of finished hoses available or scheduled.

Yes. We ship LCL, full containers and small parcels, and we combine several items into one shipment. Cartons, woven bags and film-wrapped pallet blocks are all packed to survive the journey.

Yes. Dimensions, wall thickness and appearance are checked during production and every piece is inspected before packing. An inspection sheet is issued with the shipment, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TUV and similar) can be arranged at your request.
